SuprHuman is Prvi Tim’s signature program, present in one form or another since our very beginning in 2013. It was previously known as Elements, before that Foundations, and in its current version it also integrates our WOD (CrossFit) group training.
The program is designed so that anyone — regardless of gender, age, fitness level, or goal — can step into training and immediately receive the optimal dose of complexity, intensity, and education on proper movement. This approach not only improves body composition and appearance from day one, but also develops all nine categories of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Our core values are a sustainable approach to physical activity, correcting movement deficiencies and pain, and safe training that makes each individual healthy, functional, and resilient to injury.
Beyond a highly structured and precisely dosed training system, our coaches are constantly present on the floor — leading sessions, educating, correcting movement, and adapting the program to each individual.
Each session consists of a general and specific warm-up, strength work, conditioning (circuit training), and optional isolation exercises at the end, designed to further enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
