PowerBuilding

PowerBuliding is a program specialized in developing strength and muscle hypertrophy. It consists of five full-body training sessions (Monday–Friday), with a dedicated recovery day on Saturday.

After a general and specific warm-up, training is performed through sets and supersets of carefully selected exercises that evenly engage the entire body and allow progress in a safe, efficient, and sustainable way.

Every movement, as well as intensity and load, can be fully individualized — an area where our coaches and training system are exceptionally precise and consistent.

Powerbuilding is ideal for anyone who wants to seriously focus on getting stronger, building muscle, and developing strength, as well as for those who want to learn how to move properly and train intelligently. These are skills that stay with you for life.
