PowerBuliding is a program specialized in developing strength and muscle hypertrophy. It consists of five full-body training sessions (Monday–Friday), with a dedicated recovery day on Saturday.
After a general and specific warm-up, training is performed through sets and supersets of carefully selected exercises that evenly engage the entire body and allow progress in a safe, efficient, and sustainable way.
Every movement, as well as intensity and load, can be fully individualized — an area where our coaches and training system are exceptionally precise and consistent.
