We begin by screening your movement patterns and detecting weaknesses and compensatory movements. By that and your objectives we make you a workout program designed specially for you and add some nutrition and lifestyle tips to support the change or maintenance in you. Additionally, there in an application with all of that and a chat to answer ll your questions and concerns.
Training sessions are held at a time that suits you and there is always one or more coaches to correct your movement and provide all kinds of support.
