MovYou is a program built for sweating, feeling good in your body, and clean, natural movement. Unlike SuprHuman and Powerbuilding, MovYou does not include a strength or hypertrophy segment — training starts immediately with higher-intensity circuit work that elevates the heart rate, engages the whole body, and leaves you feeling light and energized.
All movements, intensity, and loads are fully scalable to different fitness levels, allowing anyone to join safely and get maximum benefit from the session.
MovYou works perfectly as a standalone program, but also as an ideal complement to all other group and individual trainings at Prvi Tim — as well as to any other physical activities you enjoy.
