Because basics are there to overcome them
After you go through basics, Performance program is more challenging, intensity is medium to high and training is overall more complicated. Along with workouts programmed every day except Sunday, our clients may join Weightlifting and Gymnastics classes as well. Many people will find everything they wish from training in Performance group. You can choose any day of the week (except Sunday) in WOD, Weightlifting, Gymnastics or Open Gym hours.
