Because solid basics are key to success
Basic, or general training program in PRVI TIM is imagined in a way it should help new members overcome basic moves, principles of group exercise and should provide elementary level of body fitness. Everybody on all age and fitness levels can benefit a lot from this program and everybody can get its own movement and intensity prescription and proper education by our educated and experienced coaches.
Every training session consists of a general and specific warm up where we aim to activate main muscle groups and get the blood flowing. Second part is dedicated for functional strength work. Third part is the time where the group is divided into two smaller groups - Strong Elements (targeting strength, posture, muscle mass and body composition) and Elements of Life (targeting work capacity, sweating and fat loss).
This is by far the biggest group in our gym so there is a Elements class at almost any time during the day, with an option to train up to six times per week. Consult your coach about everything, all of them are English speaking and open for any conversation.
