Because solid basics are key to success
Basic, or general training program in PRVI TIM is imagined in a way it should help new members overcome basic moves, principles of group exercise and should provide elementary level of body fitness. This does not mean you should definitely go for Foundations program if you are just starting. Some other specialized program could be more suitable for you. Training consists of education and focusing on correct moves and it is low to medium intensity. Focusing on strengthening large muscle groups in order to prevent injuries, Foundations will make your body feel better and set you up for further improvement. Split in three groups – squat, press and deadlift – basic moves are thought three times a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday Thursday and Saturday (you can select between the two). Depending on knowledge about moves and overall fitness, time to get to Performance group could be different. For some people, depending on ambition, Foundations could be sufficient.
