Prvi Tim is a group of experienced fitness trainers with different interests and carriers, gathered around one simple but challenging goal – to create modern, relaxed and diverse fitness story that will provide workout at optimum level.
Prvi Tim was initially imagined as a classical CrossFit box, but over time we upgraded this type of workout, though it is still a core of majority of our programs. Five years and over 20 thousand hours of work experience with groups and individuals helped us perfect the trainings and make them suitable for everybody. Using knowledge from various fitness disciplines, but also anatomy, medicine and nutrition, we created new programs to cover wider area of interests.
Except WOD, Foundations and Cardio programs, Prvi Tim now offers specialized programs - POWER!, Every day fitness and individual trainings. It does not matter are you just stepping into fitness or you been working out for decades, we surely have a program just for you.
