Everyday fitness is a training program we are especially proud of. It is invented to bring a perfect messure of quality and intensity. It is adjusted to improve strength and posture and consists of carefully chosen, safe and interesting moves and elements. It is similar to our Foundations program, with a little more complexity and volume.
Working days: 8:45am, 11:00am and 6:00pm
